1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the php59 website, mobile platform, or any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the php59 Platform, including registered account holders, visitors, and any person who accesses any part of the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

php59 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes via email or in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on php59, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations and is non-negotiable. php59 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, access, or use the Platform in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of php59, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the php59 Platform or any other gaming platform operated by php59 or its affiliates.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or any other relevant regulatory authority.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the php59 Platform, you must register for an account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on php59. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. php59 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be permanently suspended and any balances held therein may be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and must keep your account information up to date at all times. php59 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

php59 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions or suspension.

3.4 Account Approval

php59 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your php59 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number.

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your php59 account.
• You must notify php59 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• php59 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from php59 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent.
• php59 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security.

php59 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, shall be your responsibility unless you have notified php59 of unauthorized access in a timely manner.

5. Deposits & Payments

php59 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other payment channels as may be added from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may be subject to additional verification.

5.1 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your php59 account upon confirmation from the payment provider. php59 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• php59 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposited funds may not be transferred between player accounts.

5.2 Currency

All transactions on php59 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Deposits made in foreign currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and any conversion fees are the responsibility of the depositing player.

6. Withdrawals

php59 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. php59 does not process third-party withdrawals under any circumstances.
• Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• php59 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a certain threshold.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 7 for details.
• php59 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

php59 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. php59 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the bonus offer. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus-derived funds are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
• php59 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, or colluding with other players – will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

8. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the php59 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party, including php59 itself.

• The rules applicable to each game are displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided and any wager placed will be refunded to your account balance.
• php59 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of technical error, data corruption, or manipulation.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are available within the respective game information panels.
• Live dealer game results are final once the dealer has announced the outcome and the round has been closed. Disputes regarding live game outcomes must be submitted within 24 hours of the relevant game round.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the php59 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account policy.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits without prior authorization from php59.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing php59 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

10. Responsible Gaming

php59 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. Gaming should always be an enjoyable form of entertainment, never a source of financial stress or personal harm.

10.1 Player Tools

php59 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the php59 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the php59 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of php59 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of php59.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, php59 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

php59's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your php59 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

php59 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

13. Privacy & Data

php59 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

php59 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform.

14. Amendments to These Terms

php59 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, php59 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account by contacting our support team.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to php59's internal dispute resolution process. Players may submit a formal complaint to our support team, and php59 undertakes to respond within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
